1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day free return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused or in its original condition.
- The item should be returned with all original packaging and accessories whenever possible.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged through misuse, abuse, or improper handling
- Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such)
3. Free Returns
MysticScale proudly offers free return shipping for eligible returns worldwide.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are also refunded for eligible returns.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your eligible purchase for a refund and place a new order.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow our standard return process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider.
- Contact your bank.
